The LGMS Fleet Risk Management Guide 2023 has recently been reviewed and updated to ensure it remains a current and relevant source of information to support members' fleet management practices.
Operating and managing council fleets is a complicated task with a wide range of inherent risks which must be managed.
Using the Guide, members will be well placed to identify, consider, understand and reduce their exposure related risks by developing and implementing standards, systems, procedures and processes.
